All content, including the “Artha Capital” branding, slide decks, frameworks, and website copy, is the intellectual property of K & A Artha Capital. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

III. Limitation of Liability

While we provide senior-level judgment and expertise, the final business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client’s management/board. K & A Artha Capital shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the implementation of advisory recommendations.

IV. Confidentiality (The “Non-Disclosure” Clause)

Both the Firm and the Client agree to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding trade secrets, financial data, and strategic plans shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any contract.

V. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Consultancy involves navigating market variables. While we apply 25+ years of experience to achieve desired results (e.g., successful M&A or restructuring), K & A Artha Capital does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or third-party approvals.

VI. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) [or United Arab Emirates], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
